Vishwapraman’s training formats primarily rely on offline courses, which serve as the foundation of our training approach. Before the commencement of these offline sessions, trainees are allotted time to openly discuss their inhibitions and concerns with the trainers. The trainers, in turn, take the initiative to delve deeper into the trainees’ reservations and inhibitions, organize them into formats which have specific parameters to judge the trainees’ existing capabilities. The entire training spread over next two to three months including the physical sessions is based on how to enhance these existing capabilities of individual trainees.
The personalized interaction between the trainers and trainees establishes a strong one-to-one teacher-student relationship, enabling the trainers to pinpoint the individual areas of improvement of each trainee. These identified weaknesses are then the focus of the subsequent mentorship period, which typically spans two to three months. During this time, trainees receive ongoing personal follow-up and additional training through online channels.
In addition to the offline courses and personalized mentorship, VVPL offers specific online training programs that comprise a combination of recorded and live online classes. These online programs provide further flexibility and convenience for learners seeking to enhance their skills through all means of communications.
